Jobs Description

Sell all company products portfolios to ensure 100% achieve target as per target commitment.
Conduct daily call/visit customer to ensure continuous excellent service delivery/relationship/execution is provided.
Maintain existing and develop Modern Trade channel through the implementation of product availability, display, and promotion.
Develop customer business proposal/trading term/and trading agreement
Maintain key account customer database and support key account customer strategy and process to ensure these customers are served appropriately to maintain credible relationship based on trust and sense of being a real business partner
Monthly business review with key customers to ensure business performance growth.
Manage AR Credit Customer with zero bad debt
Report on all any competitor’s promotion programs/activities to management
Weekly/monthly report of sales achievements from own sales team
Make sure and follow up the sales team to complete the daily route calls.
Recruiting new outlets as per targeted
Support and coach the subordinates to strengthen the sales skills and strong relationship with the existing customer.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in business, sales & marketing, or related field preferred
At least 3 years relevant sales experience
Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
Demonstrate knowledge in our area of sales
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
Natural leader with proven management skills
Experience in handing modern trade channel
Persistent, unyielding, and results driven
