Jobs Description

* Marketing Plan and Strategy:

Develop marketing strategy which align with the company goals and objective:

- Drive brand awareness

- Customer acquisition

- Sales Support (Marketing materials)


* Digital Marketing:

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including Social Media, Content Marketing and customer

Engagement Plan.

Collaborate with Sales Manager in Customer Engagement Plan, Stock Clearance and Promotion.


* Generate Schedule and Jobs Responsibilities:

Create a Monthly Marketing Schedule for the Design Team in advance to set in motion according to the

existing stock or new products.


* Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitors to develop analysis and brand comparison. Direct or re-direct campaigns strategies accordingly.


* Out Source and Advertising:

Communicate and Partner with media or agencies if necessary in order to push brand awareness,

reputation and public appearance with positive outcomes.


* Content Management:

Manage and Develop creative contents, Track their performance and analyze the result to ensure future

success.

Leading media team to generate and gather raw footage in order to design and create contents.


8 Budget Management:

Manage and Arrange marketing budget, ensure efficiency and effectiveness of resources as well as

maximizing best result on Budget.


8 Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and customer service to ensure marketing effort support by monitoring reports of

customers online and offline in order to optimize best customer experience.


** Mentorship and Evaluation

* Performance Evaluation:

conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement strategies to enhance team member skills and

knowledge.

Working along with HR Directors and Marketing Supervisors to conduct mid-year and end-year evaluation.


* Training and Development:

- Conduct on boarding process orientation to new recruits.

Monitor/ Prepare training schedules and programs in order to assist new recruits.

- Working along with the HR department to recruit, hire and train the sales team as needed to ensure

adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.


* Standards and Employee Requirements:

Working along with the HR department to generate staff JDs, KPIs, and work standards.

- Must have knowledge and experiences with sales, technology, marketing, Design, Content Creation and business management

- Able to read, write, listen, and speak medium to proficient English language.

- Able to utilize tools in Office Suite, Google Suite, Social - Media Platforms Management, Design Tools and emailing.

- Able to maintain confidentiality.

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

- Able to analyze data and generate well-informed reports.

- Must have strong communication and time management skills.

- Able to maintain strong relationships with agencies, and other business partners.

- Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Able to motivate self and others.

- Able to work in a team environment.
