Jobs Description

Plan & lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to meet establish sales and market share targets.
Responsible for driving and developing marketing campaigns for the brands.
Responsible for brand communications that cover ALT national campaigns and new brand visuals for through-the-line development and channel visibility.
Responsible for key relations with ATL. media, digital and PR agencies, external media partners, and key internal stakeholders within the company. Main ALT focus is on Print, TV, Cinema, Radio, Outdoor and Digital.
Research and analyze the marketplace and target consumers to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insight on the consumers.
Lead New POSM development, control and its development.
Coordinate communication of price, product, and pack changes.
Manage departmental operating budget to ensure efficient usage of resources.
Lead customization and implementation of integrated marketing activation plans by coordinating external function (sponsorships, customer marketing initiatives and campaigns based on shopper insight and strong understanding of retailer strategy.
Develop leadership skill through management of multi- function teams in the execution of brand strategies.

Jobs Requirement

Marketing Strategy Development, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis skills
Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing expertise.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
