• Creating, reviewing, developing on the Marketing and Sales forecast,

• Setting up the Quietly sales and distribution forecast for team and member,

• Managing on Sales promotion and Sales discount technique, this is also included on Online-Sales,

• Direct lead on Sales commando team, these are included on Competitor’s activities and its behaviors,

• Direct lead on Merchandising, POSM, and Trade fairs,

• Leading market research and demand’s development

• Direct request to Director/CEO for seeing approval on the marketing budget and expense,

• Good teamwork with sales team, and other department.

• Direct report to Marketing Director and CEO,

• Other projects are assigned by Director and CEO.

* Qualifications

• Minimum five years management experiences in sale and marketing in FMCG industry (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).

• Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior brand name position and outlet sales performance.

• Good knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts to create market demand,

increase sales volume, and continue maintain the growths of company’s revenue and profitability,

• Ability to learn and retain product specific information, and utilize its features and benefits to customers.

• Must be mature and able to deal effectively with various problems in team work and market.

• Good team work, good discipline, and able to attendance at formal internal and external relationship and

workshop.

• Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend’s work depending on business needs,

• Computer skills (MS. Office, SPSS, Graphic Designs, and Social Media etc.)
