Jobs Description

1. Logistics Coordination:

- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, including transportation, warehousing, and

distribution.

- Schedule shipments and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet delivery deadlines and resolve any

issues that arise.

2. Communication:

- Serve as the main point of contact for logistics inquiries from

suppliers, transport companies, and customers.

- Communicate shipment details, delays, and changes to relevant

parties promptly and accurately.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, sales,

and customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation.

-Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and delivery status.

-Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

4.Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize overstock

or stockouts.

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.

5. Cost Management:

- Negotiate with transport companies and suppliers to secure the best rates and terms.

- Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

- Prepare and analyze logistics cost reports and recommend improvements.

6.Problem Solving:

- Identify and resolve any issues related to transportation, warehousing, or delivery.

- Implement contingency plans for unexpected events such as delays, damage, or loss of

goods.

- Continuously assess and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and service

quality.

7. Customer Service:

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.

- Address customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Jobs Requirement

-Languages:

- Fluent in at least 2 of the following; KHMER, ENGLISH, CHINESE Additionally languages or fluency in all 3 are major plus points.

-Experience:

-Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation

management.

- Experience with logistics coordination and inventory management is preferred. Skills and

Competencies:

- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to shipping and customs.
