- Financial policies and procedures communicated and available to all employee

- Control Financial Information, implement financial statement, system and procedures to ensure earlier month end and year end meet deadline

- Design/develop/create budgets (financial & budget plans)

- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts

- Create/review stock and system to ensure and secure its all fully managed

- Safeguards warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures (conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system)

- Develop and lead warehouse operations systems (developing, implementing, enforcing, evaluating policy and procedures, inventory management, planning layout, product flow, product handling systems etc.)

- Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing

- Review daily cash & petty cash report

- Establish and implement financial reporting to comply with government regulations and legislation

- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies

- Evaluate accuracy of cost allocations of all departments, ensure costs are correctly allocated as per chart of accounts

- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

- All development gaps identified per team member

- Report to MDs with timely and accurate financial information

- Other tasks assigned by MDs

- Over 5 years experiences in managerial role (Finance/Accounting)

- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in finance and preferred ACCA, CPA, MBA

- Superior mathematical skills

- Credible leader when resolving issues related to financial standards and processes; must apply business knowledge and communicate this effectively

- Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis required

- Experience using financial software

- Experience working with huge amount of SKU

- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

- Commercial and business awareness (E-commerce, Trading…)

- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

- Ability to stick to time constraints
