Jobs Description

Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Other tasks will be assigned by Management.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financing field or other related field
At least 2 years previous experiences in similar relevant position jobs
Experience in trading industry preferred
Experience in QuickBooks
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Internet, Email and any applicable system etc.
Good understanding and commands in written and spoken of English and Khmer
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Teamwork and cooperation
High attention to detail and accuracy
