·      Well manage accounting document file

·      Control Daily Cash transaction and report to Director

·      Daily adjustment transaction

·      Record and manage the recording transaction to QuickBooks

·      Manage the preparation of the official actual revenues, transfers, and expenses

·      Manage the preparation of General Journal, Payment Voucher, Receipt Voucher and Other Related Vouchers

·      Settlement and adjustment on all expenses (banks, etc…)

·      Recording Fixed assets and depreciation of fixed assets

·      Perform monthly reconciliation tasks

·      Monthly/Annual Tax Declaration

·      Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager

·      Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financing field or other related field

·      At least 2 years previous experiences in similar relevant position jobs

·      Experience in trading industry preferred

·      Experience in QuickBooks

·      Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Internet, Email and any applicable system etc.

·      Good understanding and commands in written and spoken of English and Khmer

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·      Teamwork and cooperation

·      High attention to detail and accuracy
