Jobs Description

1. Field work and Credit Assessment • Go to target location and find target customers as planned by the supervisor • Perform credit assessment for potential loan • Facilitate collection activity, building a relationship with local authority • Process documents related to the loan late issue and settle the case • Collect and investigate documents for loan assessment • Conduct site visit and valuation on the collateral properties • Conduct due diligence on customer’s business character and reputation • Perform credit analysis based on credit principle and policy • Ensure that all financial information and non-financial information and documents provided by customers are accurate, reliable and sufficient for credit and risk assessment and sound credit decision • Prepare Credit Proposal and submit to Branch Manager for review prior to submission to LCC for decision 2. Communicate and maintain relationship with customers • Initiate customer contact and conduct customer visit • Conduct regular follow up with clients as planned and when necessary • Build and maintain good relationship with borrowing customers 3. Prepare regular reports on status of collection • Accurately input and interpret information collected • Actively monitors the financial performance of all loans. • Follow-up with late loan and report to Team Leader • Prepare regular loan pipeline report and submit regularly and daily to Branch Manager 4. Minimize Non-Performing Loan (NPL). • Coordinate with Loan Recovery Officer to minimize NPL 5. Administrative and general business operations • Attend 1-1 and team meetings • Participate in training and professional development activities • Share with others ideas, concerns and/or challenges • Perform other duties as and when required by superiors.

Jobs Requirement

• Must understand and agree with company’s mission and goal; • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; • At least 2 years of experience in related field; • High level written and oral communication in English; • Possess honesty, initiative, flexibility, commitment, and good inter-personal skill; • Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness; • Collaborative, service-oriented, and flexible; • Computer literate • Able to work under pressure
