Jobs Description

-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department -Monitor and analyse accounting data to produce accurate, reliable and timely financial reports or statements -Manage account receivables, account payables, fixed assets register and cash flows -Assist on preparing and reviewing financial budget plan -Assist the Controller in the daily banking requirements. -Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. -Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. -Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process. -Coordinate and deal with external auditor and banker -Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc. -To manage company’s documentary system -Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements. Provide training to team -Dealing with all taxation matters in Cambodia and managing internal control system -Other tasks assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

-Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or related field is a must. -Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, tax rules and regulations. -Solid and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in full accounting functions; AP, AR and GL, and Financial Reporting & Budgeting in a similar position of a medium to large organization, preferable multi-national corporations -With good experience in dealing with taxation matters in Cambodia and managing internal control system -Good command of both written and spoken English and Khmer -Knowledge in Chinese is definitely a plus -Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word and accounting software such as Quickbook -Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills required. -Strong team player, good interpersonal, time management and result-oriented; -Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
