- Developing and maintain control of annual budgets, including labor costs, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations

- Bringing out the best in our marketing staff by coaching and

establishing clear and agreed goals

- Develop, execute and revise policies and procedures to maximize

profit and achieve volume objectives

- Research and analyze industry trends, competitors, economic change, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on marketing

opportunities and stay competitive

-Ensure the alignment of department strategies with company-

strategies

- Build strong relationship with internal departments

-Other tasks as assigned by the General Manager

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Marketing or related field preferred

- Work Experience leading a marketing team focused on the Vietnamese market

- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on CTA and growing customer base

- Previous hospitality and entertainment industry experience in SE Asia
