• Overseeing and assessing Customer Relation Officer / Customer Service Lounge /

Bartender activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.

• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of CRO / CSL operations.

• Assisting CRO / CSL with duties where required.

• Training staff in the areas of customer service and company policies.

• Investigating and solving customer service complaints.

• Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies and explaining

these to staff and customers.

• Maintaining documentation pertaining to CRM department activities.

• Control and report of the amenity's consumption

• Performing additional duties where needed.

• Provide feedback (negative or positive) and update the Sales, Aftersales & Management

team on the overall quality of customer interactions

• Resolving customer complaints timely, effectively and taking steps to endure such

complaints are avoided in the future

• Other tasks assigned by management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
