Jobs Description

- Record daily cash collection into system

- Key-in new customer from salesman into system

- Checking account receivable everyday

- Call follow up payment

- Receive incoming call from customer and solve the problems

- Printing statements for collectors

- Printing and prepare statement send to customers by envelope & mail.

- Make new customers report to Sales Manager.

- Prepare account documents.

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.

Jobs Requirement

- At lease graduate in Accounting/Finance;

- Fresh graduated or one year experience with accounting job

- Preferable with experience in using Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 Accounting System;

- ACCA or CAT is a plus required

- Good command of English;

- Male or Female
