• Manage technical difficulties, working with developers when necessary

• Training users in various settings.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Experience or exposure to software development is ideal

• 2+ years of experience business analysis • Proven work experience in business analysis in the technology sector

• Experience in writing technical documentation

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
