• Manage the Science Floors and associated staff; overseeing the technical and logistical coordination of the floors. • Supervise the Project Coordinator with the management of external agencies and funding organizations including current partners and sponsors. • Develop STEM programs that fit into the local landscape of Cambodia, using local resources and materials in creating hands-on activities. • Lead trainer of science team, engaging the outreach team in cross-training of staff. • Ensure quality control of tours, activities and exhibits incorporating results in annual performance evaluation of staff. • Other duties as assigned by management.

• To lead science team of 15-20 science floor staff, outreach educators, maintenance engineer, Project Coordinator and Public School Sales. • To develop STEM activities for primary, secondary and high school students to engage in at Kids City or at their respective schools. • To establish relationships with international schools, public schools and private language schools. • To work closely with the Project Coordinator to develop and maintain partnerships with MoEYS, sponsors and other STEM organizations. • To promote STEM education in Cambodia through events and workshops that engage school officials and educators as STEM advocates. • To implement the newly developed 3 year plan.
