- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

- Determining project changes and Undertaking project tasks as required.

- Developing project strategies and Ensuring project deadlines are met.

- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

- Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where are applicable.

- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

- Maintaining good working relationships with your manager and your peer.

- Performing other tasks assign by Business Director/ Manager.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar skill.

- At least 1 or more years of experiece in related field

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Prior experience with project management.

- Problem-solving skills.

- Must be able to use Office software packages (Word, Excel, Power Point .etc.)

- Must be good command of written/presetation skills and spoken English.

- Fluency or ability to use one or many other languages is an advantage.

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued.

- Be able to work under pressure to meet deadline.

- Abilities to perform the role and mission travel to province or abroad when required.

- Good at reading information and being able to work independently.
