- Oversea on controlling & direction for all the machines, labors, equipment, operators.

- Oversea on complement on the project to answer the schedule, compliances, safety, risky.

- Settle the problems that can happen on site.

- Design the shop drawing, calculate noted, method statement, site assessment and standard report, all of the bidding assessment and requirement.

- Enhance the quality of work by update the new technical, management system, method statement, report to the company and training up to the team.

- Prepare the report and joining with the management business weekly meeting by present to the top management of operation.

- Analyst the business performance by monitoring the actual and planning daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

- Control cost in efficiency and lead the project to get a high profit.

- Lead & Manage team to achieve the Company Goal.

- Others works assignment by the Top Management.

- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Building Science.

- High knowledge and experience in foundation.

- Minimum of 5years’ experience related to construction.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer and is a must.

- Ability to work independent, be a team player.

- Strong work ethic/ conscientious, self-motivated, leadership, management, demonstrate to high level of inter-personal skills and negotiation one.

- Computer literate, (Ms. Office, Email and Internet...etc.).
