1) Planning & Development stage • Provide critical input/feedback in terms of practicality of the design, timeline and key learning from past projects. • Review project plan to determine specifications, time frame, cost limitations and procedures for accomplishment of project, allotment of resources to various phases of the project. 2) Project Implementation stage • Lead & coordinate various resources and activities of project team including consultants and contractors to ensure project progresses based on specifications, schedule and within prescribed budget and in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) standards. • Ensure that the management/relevant stakeholders receive the project reports. • Ensure contractors comply with authorities' requirements. • Coordinate with consultants to obtain Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC). • Ensure that all defects rectification work for the “First Defects” list is completed in accordance to the company’s brand promise and standard operating procedures. 3) Managing the team @ sites • Provides the team with a platform/avenue to regularly engage & involve them in the project activities (e.g. team meeting). • Monitor & manage team's performance against objectives/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set & takes necessary action. • Develop team by reviewing overall functional training needs & plan and collaborate with Human Resources department for implementation.
