Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Actively contribute to promoting product to drive awareness, engagement and create demand.

2. Lead and deliver campaign’s operational process and logistics with cross-functional teams and vendors

3. Support the line manager on new product development and

market launches.

4. Support the line manager to initiate, design and execute

customer campaigns to drive acquisition.

5. Engage and build a strong and efficient

relationship/cooperation between AIA and its strategic partners.

6. Closely engage with the Sales team to obtain feedback and

identify opportunities to promote products/services.

7. Develop performance tracking tools and ensure ongoing

monitoring both during and after campaign roll-outs/product

launches against pre-determined KPIs.

8. Perform data analysis to obtain insights to support decisions on customer campaigns.

9. Keep track of market trends in product/service avai

Job Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years’ work experience in marketing/digital services

• Experience in insurance or relevant industry is a plus

• Experience in the following areas is preferred: product

conceptualization, customer engagement, and/or analytic

reporting

• Data-driven/innovative/collaborative/agile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Microsoft Excel at intermediate level

• Good analytic skills and able to create reports

• Ability to analyses data and gather insights to inform

strategy

• Skilled at leading and engaging diverse or cross-functional

teams to align and deliver towards a common goal
