Jobs Description

• Receive reservations for export services from customers and apply for export permits to partner companies for confirmation.

• Create a Job File in the Data Management System (E-Cargo System)

• Reserve space (cargo space) and ensure successful booking from local carrier / ship / company-airline (co-loader / shipping line / airline) according to the destination of the goods.

• Request the draft Bill of Loading and VGM (Verify Gross Mass) after the goods have entered the container to prepare the goods (BL) to send to customers for review and approval in a timely manner.

• Send ISF (Import Security Filing) data to a partner for filing for export to the United States.

• Incorporate AMS / ACI / AFR data in the data transmission system to the Customs Data Management System for all shipments exported to the United States / Canada / Japan.

• Confirm the terms of delivery service (shipping term, freight term, profit share,…) on the shipping documents (Bill of Loading) and Quote and send to the accounting department to issue an invoice (Invoice) for the service fee or Local delivery fee to customers as well as Debit Note to partner company.

• Follow-up to get the invoice (Invoice / Debit Note) from the supplier to prepare for the accounting department.

• Verify the invoice (Invoice / Debit Note) from the shipping company or the shipping company or supplier and make a summary to the head of export services for approval and send to the accounting department to prepare the payment.

• Send Final Shipping Advice / Pre-alert notification with shipping documents and Debit Note to partner company.

• Check, verify and sign to receive the Customs Declaration Document, ensuring the accuracy and completeness.

• Compile and save all documents of each shipment correctly, both Soft and Hard Copy

• Submit the Job File to the Division Manager to check that it is correct and complete according to the company's policy.

• Summary of weekly and uplifting report to the section manager

• Ensure good customer service on the delivery of goods from start to finish and inform, as well as provide solutions to partners and customers when any changes occur during the service.

• Establish good relationships and cooperation with customers as well as suppliers and partner companies to ensure better performance in accordance with the company's service standards.

Jobs Requirement

• Hold Undergraduate or Bachelor Degree in a related filed

• Experience in Forwarder company is a plus.

• Strong commitment and aggressively to achieve highest result

• Good command of English

• Computer literature (Ms. Word, Internet and Email)

• Able to use social network (Telegram, We-chart, What up…)

• Flexible and independent personality, good communication, honest and hard working
