Job Description

1.Managing all Online & Offline marketing and activities for the company.

2.Developing the marketing strategy for the company.

3.Familiar with Facebook/ Youtube background advertising operations, and have innovative, breakthrough thinking to improve the quality of advertising

4.Regularly collect and update the latest market data of real estate and provide sales training

5.Regular advertising adjustment and update plan

6.Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.

7.Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.

8.Creation and publication of all marketing material on line with marketing plans.

Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.

Job Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written Khmer and English (Chinese a plus)

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Confident and dynamic personality.

Able to manage and work within a team
