Jobs Description

- Manage and review day to day operation in accounting department.

- Ensure accounting function is executed in accordance with the accounting policy.

- Coach and supervises subordinate regarding technical accounting record and controls in accordance with the accounting policy.

- Ensure the completeness, accuracy and timely manner of accounting period end closing procedures.

- Ensure that the established internal control is implemented

- Produce financial report and other related performance reports for Line manager and top Management.

- Attend team weekly meeting by using PowerPoint presentation.

- Other tasks assigned by Management

Jobs Requirement

- Essential solid accountancy training and experience-professional accounting qualification.

- University degree in accounting, finance or business administration

- Degree from ACCA is preferable

- Essential 4 years ‘previous experience in similar relevant position jobs

- Excellent in computer literate especially (ERP system, Excel, Words, Internet, E-mail, and y applicable system etc)

- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships

- Be able to work under pressure.

- Communication skills in speaking/Writing English.

- Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft office word, Power point, Excel)

- Good interpersonal and Communication skills.

- Strong skill in organization

- Very patience, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
