Jobs Description

*** Basic Job Propose

- Record the accounts of receipts and payments accurately, both daily and monthly according to accounting standards

- Prepare all accounting transactions such as collections, payments, disbursements, tax filings, and account closures accurately, completely and in a timely manner

- Check all accounts reconciliation. All issues must be correct, complete and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Analyze and control inventory, circulating goods to be suitable for business operations

- Present and prepare a report on the results of operations, business performance, profit and loss statement with analysis to support executive decision-making

- Prepare, analyze and control all budgets income and expenses to be in accordance with the policy

- Design and improve workflows to match the situation while maintaining the accuracy and

completeness of the information

- Coordinate with related parties in Thailand and Cambodia in order to obtain information for working and to understand in the same direction


*** Principle Responsibilities

- Check the receipt-payment list and record accounts accurately and completely according to accounting standards

- Control and supervise the disbursement of inventory and supplies accurately and completely

- Record accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses to be in accordance with

accounting principles

- Do documentation of receipts, payments, collections and petty cash correctly according to the process

- Track sales, cost, gross profit, write-off and lost product data correctly

- Analyze, control and count inventory to be correct and have proper turnover for the

business

- Follow up on the debtor's payment so that no debts arise. and in accordance with the sales policy

- Calculate and process the submission all types of tax remittances such as purchase tax, sales tax, etc. accurately, completely and in time as required by law

- Close accounts and prepare a summary, present the operating results analysis report and

the monthly income statement.

- Follow up on comprehensive analytical issues to see opportunities to improve work

efficiency, cost reduction and manage cost efficient

- Prepare an accounting database for easy access to information and ready to use

- Design and improve both systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce downtime

and always in line with changes.

- Coordinate with related internal and external parties in order to obtain complete

information for accounting records and communicate clearly to have the same

understanding

- Provide advice and propose solutions for accounting problems to related internal and

external parties, ready to follow up on the problem promptly and achieve maximum efficiency


*** Major Challenges

- Control the use of the budget in accordance with the policy

- Give feedback and solve problem with speed and accuracy

- Learn about the laws and regulations related to Cambodian business

- Ability to coordinate with various parties both in Thailand and Cambodia

- Ability to manage the accounting database for easy access to information

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, accounting or finance

- Master degree in Business Administration, accounting or finance

- 3-6 year work experience in accounting or finance

- 1-3 year work experience in accounting system analysis

- Good command of written and spoken English-Thai

- Have knowledge and experience in closing and recording accounts according to accounting standards

- Good presentation, coordination and communication skills

- Ability to think and analyze effectively

- Enthusiastic to learn, fast Learner with “Can Do” Attitude

- Have good communication and interpersonal skills for cooperation

- Be honest and reliable

- Able to work effectively with others at all levels

- Highly intelligent, able to plan, make decisions, and can handle well under pressure
