Job Description

• Insure the product, quality and service is good.

• Prepared budget plan such as yearly expense, production cost, factory repair and maintenance, labour use

increase and develop capacity, cost saving ect.,

• Insure and improve product, quality and service from day to day

• Insure the product is follow the standard of procedure

• Insure the product is recognize by construction material supply suck as: ASTM, BS, and ACI code

• Comply and apply with ISO Certificate of ready mixed concrete

• Insure all factory is working with good environment and safety

• Resolve the problems during operation and keeping negotiation win win situation

• Leading the operation to support the sale target

• Leading the operation to apply the ISO certificate and resolve, adjust for any request from MD

• Monthly & presentation to MD.

• Other take assign from MD

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field.

• Good in Spoken and Written English;

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)

• Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills

• Sound judgment and good at problem solving

• Strong Management and leadership skills

• Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking
