- The primary purposed of the position is to basically utilize the online platform including Facebook, YouTube, News Site to promote products; plan, develop and implement all aspects of home selling digital marketing strategy to reach potential buyers, and build stronger relationships with them.

• Create a meaningful contents that show off our product by starting from idea to taking pictures or create artwork either through Photoshop or AI then upload with creative caption and keep it up to date and informed about all aspects of latest development the company’s products.

• Plan and schedule activities across Facebook, Youtube and other platforms to expand our social media and make sure our Facebook Page and Chatbot up and running smoothly as well as making minor adjustment if needed.

• In-charge of all events that the company are currently have or might have in the future which consist of surveying the place, negotiating the price to booking the place, MC, Models, scheduling, and ensuring the booth is set up on time with smooth processes. (even management)

• Coordinate the printing and production advertising materials including leaflets and handle distribution activities.

• Involve in most of the advertisement include banner design, road panel design, booth design, build all the framework, road panel, spot rental and keep messages current.

• Coordinate and control all the decoration for all main holidays for the company, starting form planning, purchasing to installation from scratch.

• Occasionally conduct a survey specific house type from all neighboring areas.

• Frequently dealing with IT support for both front and back office from setting up computer to printer to sever.

• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor from times to times.
