Job Description

As account officers you are required to work on recording of incoming and outgoing payments for outlets. These related jobs may include arranging the payment requests, making payments for services, verifying accounts payable and receivable, and help to perform with other accounting activities assigned by Chief of Accountant. Your task and duties shall be designed within the size of the job required by our outlets size.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Prior maximum 2 years experience with financial account or similar position in accounting department.

• Outstanding understanding of account principles and practices

• Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and e-mail, and quick book is a must).

• Excellent communication (oral and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, and time management.

• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

• Good personality, team work, and team building skill

• Be responsible, trustworthy and respectful

• Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Demonstrate sound work ethics

• Be flexible, smart and faster.

• Especially good responsibility and knowledge of job objective and matter.
