·      Manage the production of a video by planning shoots, organizing schedules, hiring talent, and setting budgets.

·      Manage and coordinate for producing video both short video and story video

·      Resposible on script writing ang content writing

·      Lead actor for the role play

·      Create new concept for designed and short video

·      Report to and work with Sales Manager to produce the video

·      Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities

·      Deliver high quality product on time and within budget

·      Supervise additional staff during video production

·      Ensure all projects are on schedule

·      Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary

·      Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained

Other tasks are assigned by manager.

·   A degree in film, media, or another relevant field.

·    A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent (must include experience in a video production environment)

·      Knowledge of shooting and editing videos

·      Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms

·      Extensive knowledge of video production equipment

·      Experience with live streaming is a plus

·      A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
