JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work with distribution manager to establish and execute strategy for company's digital business and build robust ecosystem for the benefit of company's end-consumer.

- Be part of the journey to lead implementation and sprint enhancement of company's digital platform.

- Liaise with internal digital team or external developer on user acceptance testing to ensure development timeline is achieved.

- Lead commercial deal structuring and negotiation with strategic partners and potential corporate customers.

- Manage and enhance relationship with existing customers and strategic partners.

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree of Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or related field.

- Oil & Gas industry and management experience and in-depth knowledge of the various oil and gas terminal procedures and practices is a plus.

- Experience in acquisition of strategic partner as part of ecosystem building is a plus.

- Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.

- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

- Experience leading and developing high performing teams.

- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

- Problem solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at interaction with variety of contacts, including peers within a multi-disciplinary team, management, vendors, and industry partners.

- Fluency in spoken and written English.
