JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work closely with Marketing Manager/line-manager to come up with develop strategic events and activations planning proposal

- Lead Trade Program team to ensure events and activations implemented productively to deliver results as expected.

- Set-up regularly schedule to visit outlets MOT on the purpose of ensuring the merchandizing and products visibilities are well in align with brand guidelines

- Build close relationship with outlet owners and their managerial staff to study on their needs and challenges and come up with solutions proposal

- Tracking report on sales volume performances at outlets before, during and after events. In addition, to ensure events sponsorship at outlets must be within budget.

- Develop and forecast branding materials to ensure the productivities (quality and quantity) are delivered in right supply according to the marketing plan and activities throughout the year.

- Work closely with internal team and relevant parties to have anti-parallel stocks as most possibly and to improve market share at existing outlets.

- Be proactive on creating solutions ahead to prevent from risky challenges that can harm the market share from competitors.

- Always keep in an eye to foresee on competitors' activities and report weekly to line-manager.

- Actively participate in Marketing Weekly Meeting and report to Marketing Manager/line-manager on activities has been done and ABI budget review versus plan forecast to be achieved yearly volume.

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor degree of Marketing or related fields. -

At least 2 years’ working experience as marketing/sales in relevant industry is preferred.

- Good in written and verbal English and Khmer, Be able to speak and write Chinese is preferred.

- Knowledge on marketing, creative and production.

- Good communication, friendly, negotiation and creative idea

- Be flexible, accountable, challenging and hard-working

- Be able to lead and coach team.

- Computer proficiency in MS office, internet and email is a plus.
