• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns to foster sales growth

• Lead in marketing project/campaigns execution including event; activities and other promotional marketing activities, monitoring and evaluation the results of the implementation vs project/campaign targets/objectives set.

• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences’ needs/market trend and propose ideas/strategies to the needs.

• Lead in design and production of promotional materials, allocate and monitor the usage

• Monitor on digital media agency, including the website and social media channels to ensure content developed and posted efficiency

• Liaise subordinators; cross-functional department and external stakeholders including principal to coordinate and execute the project smoothly and achieve common goals.

• Regularly conduct market visit to understand the market insight, competitors and consumers’ needs

• Perform other tasks which assign by Manager

• Degree in BBA in Marketing or similar

• Minimum 2-3 to three years relevant experience in FMCG

• Good communication in English for both speaking and writing

• Willing to travel around the country

• Analytical thinking skills

• Be able to prioritize the tasks and work under pressure

• Possess project management skills
