• Lead the Digital team to embrace the digital banking standards and frameworks;

• Manage Digital Channel System, Code Review, Compliance & QA;

• Ensure all digital work is complied with National Bank of Cambodia;

• Develop web service/feature for mobile/internet banking;

• Work with external vendors to ensure the development projects are timely with good control;

• Ensure the digital system and security is improved on regular basis;

• Manage and lead team to develop new features for digital system;

• Maintenance existing features on digital system to support business requirement;

• Communicate with business team for their digital requirements;

• Ensure the digital system is upgraded, maintenance and backup digital system;

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of digital banking and related interfaces;

• Prepare development plan, proposal and deliver the agreed plans;

• Analyze, prioritize, and assign open issues to digital team to ensure timely resolutions for any digital issues;

• Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures for software development adhering to the bank standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering or a related field;

• Must have hands on micro-services experience architecture and design;

• Strong understanding/focus on digital technologies and platform ecosystems;

• Strong experience in consumer facing product management and design thinking;

• Financial industry experience preferred but open if relevant to digital banking goals;

• Demonstrated actual practice in scrum/iterative application development, web oriented architecture, and Cloud computing;

• A proven knowledge of all aspects of the technology stack in a large scale, complex organization is critical;

• The ability to cope with rapid change, in an organized way - highly-organized, self-motivated, leadership style of continuous improvement;

• Ability to carry out multiple projects at a challenging timeline;

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, innovative mindset and a deeply ingrained sense of ownership for the services delivered.
