1. Marketing Strategy Development

 Develop and implement a marketing strategy to meet established sales and market shares target

2. Research and Analysis for Customer Insights

 Research and analyze the marketplace and target customer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends and gain insights on the consumer

3. Creative Lead to drive Brand Awareness

 Be responsible for the marketing conceptualization, planning, formulation and integrated communication and public relation strategy that support the brand position of the company project

 Manage and advertising planning on social media Facebook page, website, YouTube, LinkedIn and any other popular social media for any branding programs

 Be responsible for brand communications that cover national campaigns and new brand visual for through-the-line development and channel visibility

 Be responsible for key relations with media, digital and PR agencies, external media partners and key internal stakeholders

 Manage day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts including project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary as related to brand development and performance

4. Events Organization and Management

 Plan, Organize, Execute, Lead, Control and Evaluate all events from concept to finish in accordance with the approved budget

5. Any other duties as may be assigned by management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related field

 Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales & Marketing and Brand Management

 Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting

 Knowledge of business models and strategy

 Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
