- Create manage system standard work, job aids, training presentations videos·

- Ensure that required trainings executed documented accordance all ISO expectations·

- Generate training reports create KPI metrics·

- Lead, & coach team Training Coordinators execution the training program

** Technical Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree instructional , technical degree related field·

- 3 (Three) more of training experience, at least two (2) of leadership curriculum development·

- Must able travel up 50%·

- Competency designing multiple formats – print, web, mobile, animation, video, etc.·

- Ability speak front large groups·

- Proven experience a highly technical process, such product quality equipment maintenance·

- Team-player attitude well-developed interpersonal and comfort a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment·

- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), LMS administration, eLearning, video production editing other presentation programs·

- Must have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal presentation skills
