•Propose marketing planning, calendars, budget, and activation based from Top Management Vision Strategy as well as support Sales •Direct and indirect monitor campaign and activation accordingly to guidelines of Principles. •Responsible for product training and soft skill training to team as well as promoters/ outsourced human resource/dealers to ensure CRM and product knowledge. •Develop and localize Product Portfolio to ensure consistent plan based on target consumers and study on sellable products to Market. •Monitor Administration tasks such as POSM, Quotation, Approval Procedure and System SAP for A&P, etc. •Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. •Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products. •Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. •Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products. •Expand and develop marketing platforms. •Determine and manage the marketing budget. •Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget. •Report on return on investment and key performance metrics. •Liaise with media and advertising.

- Graduated Bachelor Degree in related Fields - At least 2 years experience in marketing from Property - Good English Communication and willing to work hard for new project - Willing to travel around
