Responsibility: • Deliberate planning and goal setting • Development of brand awareness and online reputation • Content management • Answer phone call from customer • SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic • Cultivation of leads and sales • Research audience preferences and discover current trends • Create engaging text, image and video content • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products • Work with graphic designer to develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. • Manage social media pages by responding to messages and reviews while communicating the company’s brand in a positive and authentic way. • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness • Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics • Oversee social media accounts’ layout • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions Work support: • Participate to any other tasks assigned by Management.

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media, sales or marketing • Male or Female • Good spoken and written English • Be able to work under pressure • Ability to manage and work independently • Knowledge in page administrator • Good communication and team work spirit • Have strong organizational skills, leadership & ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines and pressure.
