Jobs Description

- Provide a customer service to tenant, visitors, suppliers - Allocated arrival rooms and prepared guest’s registration form/contract given to tenant sign upon check-in - Handle tenant check-in & tenant check out - Handle payment collection both check-in and check-out - Cross check all billing instructions and updated in front desk system - Generate invoice/pro-forma invoice and receipt from front desk system and given to tenant request - Updated tenant’s profile in the front desk system to ensure that it is accurate and correct information. - Update on front desk’s logbook daily with up to date on tenant inquiry with action plan and follow up - Handle telephone operator system both incoming call & outgoing call. - Management to the operations of the front desk & lobby to ensure the high level of service and hospitality is provided to the tenants - Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from all tenants/customers.  - Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick action, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departments such as housekeeping, leasing, maintenance department and security guard and accounting department - Handle emergency situation such as flood, electricity cut off, fire alarm resetting, fire, bomb threat…ete - Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor/manager

Jobs Requirement

- Completed of high school or bachelor degree in hospitality or related field - 2-3 years of working experiences in a similar position with service apartment/hotel - Good interpersonal skills/good attitude and pleasant - Good problem solving and decision making skill - Computer literate (MS. Office, Email, etc.) - Good communication in English/Khmer of both writing, and speaking.
