-Monitor the day-to-day financial operations on daily cash flow within the company. -Prepare internal and external monthly and quarterly management reporting on timely submission. -Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) -Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership -Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests. Such as follow up on payment from house buyers. -Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems. -Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. -Able to handle audit, tax, company secretarial and statutory matters. -Administration works including matters related to Housing Ministry.

-Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Diploma holder with relevant experience will be considered. -5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis. -At least 5 years working experience in a senior/supervisory position. -Experience in a property development company is an added advantage. -Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information -Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners -Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills -Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc. -Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
