Jobs Description

-To regular review of work flow and prepare related reports. -To update and maintain customer registration and manage database master. -To maintain a hand-on approach to daily operation -To monitor order processing status and ensure orders are processed within various cut-off time. -To liaise with sales team and account team over AR matters and suspension of account.; sales team and shipping team on customers’ orders and delivery status; -business development team and supplier on customer’s orders, product claims and return cargos. -assist in general product inquiry, customer feedback or complaints.

Jobs Requirement

-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English -At least 1 – 2 years of working experiences in the related field. -Service-oriented and good customer service skills. -Able to handle stress in a high volume and fast-pace environment. -Possess initiative, analytical and able to multi-task. -Proficient in MS Office. -Required to work on Saturdays (9am to 1pm) on rotation basis. -Immediate availability will be an added advantage
