• Work closely with operation team (OPS) to get all necessary documents and/or shipment information to be updated on time and accurately into MODS system. • Input, verify, and monitor data/information in relevant systems which have interface connection with MODS, such as: LNS, myDamco, High Jump, and other web applications. • Confirm booking to vendors on time. • Send shipping instruction (SI) to carriers before cut off time. • Ensure special requirement are sent timely to client and relevant parties with 100% accuracy. • Update SOP and Internal Operation Procedure (IOP) to the latest version as provided by OPS (Client) and maintain the copies (all versions) on shared drive; • Ensure 100% compliance with provided SOP and/or IOP. • Inherit the continuous improvement concepts by continuously working to improve productivity targeting to be benchmark for other regions. • Proactively perform the job aiming at ensuring at least the minimum KPI. • Assure proper communication with internal and external customers.

• Senior university student / Fresh graduate/Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration / Information Technology • Excellent typing skill (with typing speed of 50-70 Words per minute) • Knowledge and/or working experience in Visual Basic is preferable • Good computer literacy: Ms Word, Excel (Advanced level is preferable), Outlook/Email, Internet • Good command of English in both verbal and writing communication • Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with team and manage the workload • Self-management and sound knowledge of being a highly responsible • Understand the sense of urgency; commit to deadline and 100% compliance. • Have attention to details
