1. Developing and preparing plans, programs and strategies in coordination with various sections and relevant stakeholders. 2. Facilitating and coordinating implementation of selling programs with various Stakeholders. Provide technical advice to the concerned company on the issues related to marketing. 3. Monitoring own team’ performance and motivating them to reach targets 4. Maintaining and increasing sales of 5. Reaching the targets and goals set for own team 6. Establishing maintaining and expanding your customer base 7. Servicing the needs of your existing customers 8. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market 9. Developing sales strategies and setting targets 13. Compiling and analyzing sales figures 14. Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself 15. - BBA Specialist in Sale& Marketing Management or equivalent. - Minimum of 4 year as Sales Officer or equivalent experience. - Good command of English (Chinese is plus). - Computer applications (Computer in using Ms. Office: Words, PowerPoint, Excel Worksheet, Other analytical tools/software such as SPSS etc). - Honesty, open mind, commitment, teamwork and action. - Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
