+ Job Summary/ Scop: - Responsible for costing and asset management, supervision and control - Responsible for auditing and analysing the operation and activities of Cost and Asset Control to other departments and provide Heads of Departments with the data for the cost control and profit maximization. - Ensure the physical fixed asset has properly used in the sake of company benefit. - Assist Finance Manager for the effective running of cost control area, ensuring that meets its compliance obligations for Vattanac Capital - Assist Finance Manager for new set-up and implementation accounting procedure and system which related to fixed asset and inventory management + Detail Job Description: - Check prices and quantity as per daily receiving records and invoices - Ensure the inventory items and services, which are bought and used in providing guests services and facilities, are stored and used in the controlled manner. - Check the data relating to Receiving Forms and Store Requisition form and to correct where necessary - Verify the accuracy of recipes costing for the purpose of cost controlling and sale pricing - Ensure asset of company is properly managed and monitored - Attend month end and other stocktaking activities, reconcile and obtain explanation on variation and prepare Inventory Adjustment Authorization for the FM’s review and GM’s approval. - Work out with all departments to make sure physical fixed asset are proper monitoring and managing. - Investigate reasons for spoilage issue forms and post through the computer system. - Work with WH to maintain stock level (min-max stock). - Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly cost and fixed asset report to management

- Bachelor and Master Degree in Finance - 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position; experience with Property management and/or commercial and retail building services preferred - Excellent in communication skills - Advanced Excel Skills, ability to work with lookups and pivot tables - Knowledge in property accounting and SUN system is desirable - Developing budget and tracking budget expenses - Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude - Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. - Self‐motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects - Has completed or commenced postgraduate accounting studies, eg. CAT or ACCA is advantage
