Responsible for reviewing all fiscal accounts to ensure that they are fully tax compliant. Responsible for Accounting Reporting Provide advise on any issues which relates to Production Sharing contracts. Review consolidated and separate Financial Statements. External Contacts: Service Providers, Regulators, Banks & Financial Institute. Work closely with local tax advisors and provide advice on local tax issues related to existing Production Sharing Contracts within E&P Sector. Accounting & Branch Financials Prepare payments for contractors / vendors invoices Ensure processing of allocation are done properly to charge / allocate to concerned joint ventures Reviewing the tax implication /planning of all New Ventures Review financial statements and coordinate statutory audit including fulfilment of all the requirements of auditors where required. Fiscal & Statutory Compliance & Reporting (including Taxation Duties) Tax preparation and filing income tax returns for all local tax regime concessions Tax preparation and filing of expats income tax returns Payments of taxes to local authorities Local tax audit requirements Liaise with external tax advisors

University Degree (Mandatory) Chartered Accountant or recognised Accountancy accreditation (preferred) 5 -15 years Accountancy Experience, out of which a few years should have been spent in the Oil & Gas Upstream Sector. Business understanding of Tax Tax strategy and overall function effectiveness Experienced in reviewing the Tax implication / Planning of New Ventures.
