We are now seeking for HR & Admin Leader to join our CBS team in Laos Office. And you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability.

Degree holder from a recognized university, ( HR majors is a plus) Minimum 2-3 years demonstrable track record in all principal aspects of the HR functions including resource planning, compensation & benefits, organizational development, with working knowledge of labor laws & practices at established multinational companies or large locally listed companies Hands-on leadership experience, talent development experience is an advantage Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with strong personalities in an evolving matrix organization A member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited Initiative, dynamic, people & customer-focus, hands-on attitude & the ability to thrive on changes An excellent command of spoken and written English (IELTS is advantage) Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint； Microsoft Mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
