Supervises the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Head Quarter. The major areas directed are: recruiting and staffing; organizational and space planning; performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; employee orientation; employee relations; employee communication; employee services and counseling. Conducts new employee processing.

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field; At least 4 -7 years’ work experience in Recruitment or Human Resource and 1 year experience in administration; Strong background on recruitment processing including candidate shortlist, interview, result Summary, and etc. Able to travel to work on KSO site as per work requirement; Knowledge of Lao Labor regulations; Experience in staff database management; Able to communication both in English and Lao; Good negotiation, good organizational and administrative skills; The ability to work under pressure and meet targets; Proficient in MS Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and internet “Outlook”; The ability to work well in a team.
