- Managing and coordinating the overall operations of the spa and spa sanctuaries. - Conducting guest therapies and treatments when required. - Monitor and manage a monthly budget for the spa and ensure the spa sanctuaries are maintained to a high standard. - Motivate the spa team to exceed revenue targets through promotions, upselling and liaising with other departments. - Performing Yoga classes and design bespoke programs for guests. - Manage the spa therapists and spa attendants and ensure they are trained and motivated to a high standard. - Deal with all guests who visit the spa sanctuary and handle therapies and consultations. - Complete all necessary reporting, inventories, budgets and meet financial targets. - Create, train and follow spa SOPs and guidelines. - Produce monthly reports for the GM and Resort Manager. - Liaise with the Resort Manager to ensure the guests receive the high standards of service expected.

- At least 4-5 years experiences in the role of Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager. - Qualified Yoga Instructor (including SUP Yoga). - Preferably a degree in physiotherapy or spa field. - Preferably Ila trained. - Experience with wellness retreats. - Enthusiastic with a passion for customer service. - Previous experience of working on a luxury property.
