• Support new product development and existing products improvement according to company and customer requirements.
• Conduct cost reduction activities and evaluate raw materials, packaging materials, ingredients, and alternative suppliers/materials.
• Conduct trial production, commercial trials, stability/shelf-life, and quality evaluations when required, and summarize the results.
• Prepare and maintain R&D documents and reports, including test plans, test results, product specifications, etc.
• Continuously improve R&D methods, procedures, and working efficiency.
• Perform other R&D tasks assigned by the R&D Supervisor/Manager.

• Degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in food R&D, QA/QC, seasoning, food ingredients, food manufacturing, or food packaging is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
