Jobs Description

Assist the Manager to execute direct sales and business development strategy.
Assist the Manager to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with direct sales customers and prospects.
Deliver sales support, regular updates, and customer engagement activities as a key liaison for direct sales customers.
Proactively engage customers through scheduled reviews of business performance, sales pipeline, and sharing of best practices in both field and office work.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.Coordinate deal flow and critical information between customers, the sales team, and underwriting departments.
Assist the Manager to collect market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks, and provide regular market feedback to improve product offerings.
Facilitate sales and coordinate quotations with the Underwriting team and other internal departments to resolve issues and improve service.
Provide existing insureds and prospects with appropriate general insurance advice.
Assist in launching new products, sales initiatives, and campaigns for the direct sales channel.
Assist in preparing and presenting regular reports to management on direct sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned and/or requested by the Head of Business Development.

Jobs Requirement

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Possess strong business acumen.
Familiar with commercial and personal general insurance products and direct sales practices.
Possess strong influencing ability across a diverse group of stakeholders.
Proven sales track record as well as experience in developing initiatives to increase market share.Self-motivated, creative, innovative, sales-driven and resourceful.
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to relate at different levels.
Effective in verbal and written communications in English and Khmer.
