Jobs Description

Serve as first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat; respond to inquiries, and question from customer
Ensure a good service provider to customer
Solve service issues, claims and complaints; escalate to management when needed
Be a translator for customer when needed from Chinese to Khmer or Chinese to English
Collaborate with internal teams and overseas team to ensure a smooth communication for daily operations. - Comply with Company policy
Other Tasks assigned by direct line manager.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Chinese or fresh graduate from Chinese course are welcome
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software; familiarity with systems is an advantage.
Good command of Chinese and English (spoken and written)
Hard-working, punctual and result-oriented person.
