Job Description:

• Revenue, margin, collections and growth across both service lines.
• Build and lead the Food Safety Solutions Sub-Lead and the GMP / Construction Sub-Lead; run the SPP performance and scorecard cadence.
• Win and retain producer accounts pursuing export-grade certification; convert SPP’s machine and film customer base into a services pipeline.
• On-time, in-full, to-standard delivery across advisory and build — with zero food-safety or compliance failures.
• Protect service margin; hold project economics on long-cycle construction work.
• Operate within the standards set by Dr. Chinda and Mr. Lee. SPP’s credibility is its certification record.

Job Requirement:

• Senior leadership track record in food safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, or food-grade facility design and construction, with credible exposure to both areas.
• Proven P&L or business unit-level commercial ownership, with the ability to manage revenue and margin responsibilities.
• Consultative approach with strong technical credibility when engaging QA teams, production teams, and owner-level decision-makers.
• Ability to build and lead a small senior team while managing a disciplined monthly performance cycle.
• Fluency in Khmer and working proficiency in English for OEM, supplier, and export coordination.

Strong Plus

• Direct experience managing food factory construction projects from specification through certified handover.
• Experience providing export-readiness or certification advisory services to Cambodian or regional food producers.
• An established professional network within Cambodia's food manufacturing industry.
