Jobs Description

Online Inquiries & Page Replies — Answer every Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok Shop message within the reply window — fast, friendly, and helpful.
Lead Conversion — Turn online leads into confirmed orders, keeping conversion at or above target.
Online Revenue — Hit your monthly online sales revenue target for Company.
Listings Upkeep — Keep product listings, prices, and page content current and accurate (light, ongoing upkeep).
CRM & Follow-Through — Log every quote and order in the CRM the same day, and follow up until the sale closes.

Jobs Requirement

Fast, friendly, and clear in online chat — you reply quickly and make customers feel looked after
A real drive to sell — you chase the order, not just answer the question
Comfortable selling on Facebook, Telegram, and TikTok Shop
6 months–2 years in online sales, page reply, or customer service (strong fresh graduates welcome)
Good written Khmer; working English a plus
Organized and reliable with quotes, orders, and follow-ups
Available to respond within the agreed reply window during working hours
We hire for speed and attitude.
If you're quick, warm, and love closing a sale over chat, we'll teach you the rest.
Experience running or replying on a busy Facebook or TikTok Shop page
A track record of hitting online sales or conversion targets
Basic comfort updating listings, prices, or simple product photos.
